Cold Press Oil



Cold-press oil consists of extracting the oil through crushing the seeds or nut and forcing the oil out.

Cooking being the primary use of cold-press oils, it can be used to flavour marinades, in salad dressings and in baked goods. Cold-press oils provide a rich flavour but can be tricky to cook with, this oil is best used when you drizzle over a finished product.

Cold-press oils contain high amounts of monounsaturated fatty acids, polyphenols and antioxidants which have many health benefits.
